Professor Xia Fei joined the Faculty of Criminal Justice of ECUPL in 2003. Her specific research interests are police power and comparative research on policing. She teaches the courses of Science of Public Order and Investigation of Public Order Cases. In March 2006, she was appointed as the deputy director of International Exchange Center, ECUPL.
Professor Xiafei was the co-author of three books, “Study on Cyber Crime”, “Study on Public Order Administration”, “History of Western Criminal Law”, and the author of more than 20 articles.
Professor Xia Fei received her Bachelor Degree of Law in 1994, after that she lectured criminology in Xinjiang Police Academy. In 2003, she received LL.M both from East China University of Politics and Law in Shanghai and The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. In 2006, she spent one semester as visiting scholar in The University of Manchester in the UK. Currently, she is in Ph.D. program in ECUPL.
