Mr. Chen has written extensively in many fields, he was the co-author of 5 works: "A Encyclopedia of Chinese Insurance (1993)", "International Economic Law (1993)", "A Law Dictionary of China's Foreign Economic Relations and Trade (1995)", " Commercial Law (2001)", the author of 2 works: "Chinese Maritime Law (1997)", "Maritime Law (2001)" and author of more then 30 articles, among them are "The Legal Position of the World Regional Organizations in their Economic Relationship-1998", "stablished Varieties Legal Relationship Among the International Economic and Trade -2000", and "Established Legal Secure System in Shanghai International Shipping". Mr. Chen graduated from Shanghai Maritime University in 1978, and he took refresher course of his Master of Law in 1985. Mr. Chen had also been doing his research as a visiting scholar at Law School of Gent University of Belgium (1990-1991), Law School of Willamette University in US (1992-1995). On the 2nd semester of 2000,he taught at Law School of San Francisco as a visiting professor. กก

Mr.Chen Xianmin is
Associate Professor of Law in Faculty of International Law in ECUPL, he
teaches the courses of International Economic Law, Maritime Law,
International Trade Law and Law of EU for both undergraduate students and
LL.M students. Currently, Mr. Chen is the Deputy Director of International
Exchange Center of East China University of Politics and Law, he is also
member of the Chinese Law Society and member of the Chinese Economic Law
Society.
